Return and Exchange Policy

Returns

If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Here are the key points to keep in mind:

1. You have a generous 10-day window from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

2. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

3. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team, and they will guide you through the process.

4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable fees.

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes you may prefer a different design or color. To accommodate such preferences, we offer a straightforward exchange process. Here's what you need to know:

1. Exchanges can be requested within seven days of the purchase date.

2. The item you wish to exchange must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

3. To initiate an exchange, please reach out to our customer support team, and they will assist you in selecting an alternative item.

4. Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.

Please note:

1. Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or damaged.

2. Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

All the approved exchange and Replacement will be completed within 15 business working days. All the approved refunds will be credited with 5-7 business working days.
